Due to Sunbasket operating on a weekly cycle of fresh ingredients, we do not offer replacements for items missing from your Sunbasket order. However, we will quickly provide a credit to your Sunbasket account, or refund your original form of payment for any issues related to your box.
📝 What you should do if something’s missing:
- If you're missing ingredients or an entire meal, check your packaging first—they might be tucked beneath ice packs
- Report any issue within 7 days of delivery via our Help Center.
- Provide your email, delivery date, list of missing items (Photos can be quite helpful, but they're not required).
- We will credit your account or issue a partial refund to your original payment method
- Choose either a credit to your account or a partial refund when speaking to a live agent.
