Our delivery partners are the last step of the process in ensuring you receive your food fresh, on time, and of the highest quality. They are an extension of Sunbasket. However, sometimes there are delays due to weather, shipping errors, and logistical challenges en route from our distribution centers to you. If your Sunbasket box is late or did not arrive on the expected delivery date, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Check Your Tracking Information

Log into your Sunbasket account and go to Order History to view your shipment details.

Use the provided tracking link to check for updates from the delivery carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
Step 2: Review Email or Text Notifications

Look for any delivery update emails or text messages from Sunbasket or the shipping carrier.

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or transportation issues.
Step 3: Contact Customer Support
If your tracking has not updated, your delivery is more than a day late, or your box has not arrived:
