💳 Why Is There a Pending Charge on My Card from Sunbasket?
If you see a pending charge from Sunbasket on your card, don’t worry—it’s a standard part of the payment process and typically falls into one of the following categories:
🔹 1. Pre-Authorization Hold
When you place an order or make changes to your delivery, Sunbasket may place a temporary authorization on your card to verify that the payment method is valid. This is not an actual charge and will usually disappear within a few days.

Amount: Often matches the total of your upcoming order.

Duration: Usually clears within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
🔹 2. Upcoming Order Processing
If the pending amount matches your order total and it's close to your delivery cutoff (usually Wednesday at 12 PM PT), it may indicate that:

Your order is being processed for shipment.

The charge will settle (post) once your order ships.
🔹 3. Multiple Holds
You may occasionally see multiple pending charges if you:
