Once your Sunbasket delivery has been finalized and charged, you cannot cancel or modify it. To make changes to your order, including skipping a week, modifying meals, or canceling a delivery, you must do so by Wednesday at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (3:00 PM Eastern Time) in the week prior to your scheduled delivery.
To manage your deliveries, log into your Sunbasket account and navigate to the "My Menu" or "Schedule" sections. If you need to cancel or modify your order and missed the cutoff time, and need assistance, it's possible that our Customer Service team can assist if contacted by the following day after initial charging.
