Where does Sunbasket deliver?
- Our Holiday Dinner boxes can be shipped nearly anywhere in the continental USA*, including both residential and business addresses. Whether you’re spending your holiday at home, visiting relatives, or staying at a vacation rental, you can have this box delivered!
- * We currently ship to most zip codes in the United States, excluding AK, HI, MT, ND, and parts of NM.

When will my order arrive?

When ordering our Holiday Dinner Boxes, you will be able to choose which occasion you would prefer to enjoy your box:
- Christmas Box Dinners will arrive between 12/21 - 12/23
- New Year's Box Dinners will arrive between 12/28 - 12/30
- Christmas Orders will be accepted until Tuesday, December 16th, at 12:00 pm PT or until supplies last.

Tell me about the Prime Rib!
- Our Holiday Dinner Box features a boneless, oven-ready Rastelli’s Prime Rib roast (64 oz/4 lbs.) that has been wet-aged and hand-trimmed, coated in garlic herb seasoning to enhance its natural flavor.
- Rastelli’s Black Angus cattle are pastured in large open fields and fed a 100% vegetarian diet. They’re grain-finished on high-moisture corn for 120 days, creating fantastic marbling and tender, flavorful beef.
- Like all of our products, this Prime Rib Roast is antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free. Our cattle are certified by the USDA as raised and fed through operations that provide a low-stress environment, with facilities designed by world-renowned animal care experts, and prioritize delivering access to fresh, clean water, adequate shade, and shelter.

- The Holiday sides in both the Christmas and New Year's boxes will feature organic produce. The same as for all of our meal kits, we work with trusted farms to select the highest quality, hand-selected, seasonal produce available.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
- Currently, we are unable to offer alterations or substitutions to our Holiday Dinner Boxes – however, all recipe cards included in our Holiday Dinner box are marked with allergens in case you wish to substitute certain ingredients in each recipe or remove them altogether.

How long does it take to prepare the Holiday Dinner?
- If you’re preparing all of the sides and the Rastelli’s prime rib roast on the same day, expect around 2.5 hours of cooking time.

How will the Holiday Dinner Box be packaged?
- Your Holiday Dinner box will arrive at your doorstep in one large Sunbasket Box. Each dish will be packed in individual reusable and recyclable plastic bags for optimal organization, and your Prime Rib Roast will be packed safely surrounded by ice. You will receive a recipe card for each side dish and a helpful tips card for a successful Holiday Dinner.
- *Please note that our use of reusable plastic bags for our Holiday Dinner box will eliminate our need to send your dinner in 2 boxes. This is more eco-friendly and requires less waste.

Can I receive this order with my regular Sunbasket delivery?
- Sunbasket Holiday Dinner boxes are available only as one-off orders. Orders through Sunbasket’s subscription service will still be available to order for the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s Day.

- Unfortunately, no. The Holiday Dinner Box orders are separate from your Sunbasket account, and any credits, coupons, or gift cards are not redeemable with this purchase.

Will my food stay fresh if I’m not home when my order arrives?
- Yes, our carefully engineered packaging sustains freshness even after it arrives on your doorstep. Once you receive your box, unpack it entirely and place all your Holiday kits in the fridge! Please make sure your Prime Rib is fully thawed before cooking.

Can I still order a Holiday box if I don’t have an active Sunbasket Subscription?
- Yes! You do not have to be a Sunbasket subscriber to order one of our Holiday Dinner Boxes – just select your box, add your information, and that’s it! No strings attached. If you’re interested in becoming a Sunbasket member, you can sign up at Sunbasket.com

- Both our Christmas and New Years box is priced at $244.99. However, if you order by Sunday, 12/7 at 11:59 pm, you can get our Early bird pricing listed at $224.99 = $20.00 savings

- No, as a Sunbasket subscriber, we're currently not offering our Holiday sides for the weeks of Dec 22nd and 29th. However, we are offering our Cinnamon French Toast Casserole with Bacon & Fruit Cocktail
during those weeks. - Please note That Our $65 box minimum is required for this, which is in addition to the Holiday box purchase.
